Nuija Distillery

Four friends decided to start their own small distillery. After the initial stages of Nuija Distillery, our team has grown to six friends.

The guiding principles of our operation are our deep love for the products of our distillery, our romantic notion that in the craftsmanship of the distillery we avoid modern technology and automation. Respecting the environment, we are committed to minimizing waste in our processes and product design. We choose responsible partners to support our operations. We are meticulous in our work. Respecting tradition at the distillery makes us authentic, and teamwork makes us brothers.
